Participants will be engaged in a one or two day refresher training along with other students working to become CIMI®'s. This is a blended group. Taking a refresher is a great way to improve on your skills needed to accurately teach The Loving Touch® Method of Infant Massage©.
The Loving Touch® approach is focused on teaching parents the techniques, which empowers families to get to know their babies in a fun and playful environment.
The intensive 2-day course uses lectures, video observations, group discussions, and reflection. Techniques will be reviewed for clarity. Adaptations for preemies and other specialized populations will be discussed and modeled.
Each day also includes the opportunity to observe families & their infants. A live class will occur either in person or via ZOOM.
